Very confusing item descriptions - couples edition vs adventure box subscription. I purchased the box and had no idea what to do with it since I didn't have the couples edition also

Nothing on the order page tells me the box is meant to be a supplement to the couples edition

Great experience! Extremely helpful when I received damaged product due damaged package & product in shipping. Completely replaced product & made it right. Was able to still give as a fun wedding gift & followed up afterward to make sure everything went okay and nothing else was needed.

Overall, it was a frustrating experience. not being able to preview the content and then getting it having imagined something else is frustrating. Then to have to pay an expensive shipping fee on the return is also frustrating.

We have done 2 of the challenges and we love it. You have to be all in on them. I am really looking forward to the rest of the book.

The customer service, the quality and the fast shipping!! Everything is so great. They were so quick to help me with my purchase mistake and it still got to me in 3 days!! Also the book itself is so high quality. I definitely will be recommending this too a friend and can’t wait to give it to my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day!!

We were SO excited to have received the Couples Edition for Christmas. We are 4 challenges in and loving every minute of it. I additionally signed up for the subscription box, gifted my sister and her fiancé the naughty & nice set, as well as gifted my best friend the couples edition. I cannot get enough of these!

Was hoping to get some connection cards for Christmas gifts. I ordered with plenty of time for them to arrive prior to Christmas, but the order got lost by UPS. I had to reach out a few times to figure out what to do for next steps. The support team doesn’t respond to emails in a very timely manner (was typically 2-3 business days per email) so getting clarity took too long and Christmas came and went.

Eventually, they did end up sending me a replacement order at no additional cost to me, which is to be expected. However, I had to confirm my order and address with multiple team members, which took nearly 2 weeks to do so with their delayed responses.

Again, very happy with the product. The customer service was just very poor throughout

My order (gift for hubs 10yr anniversary) never shipped. Wouldn't refund or "send another" until at least 15 days after the label was created. I understand if it was lost by the postal service but it was never shipped to begin with. Now it's 2 weeks past our anniversary and I still have not received the second order.
I bought the family book a couple years ago and had no issue but this and the lack of help when I tried to get it sorted it out before it was too late is so disappointing

I had ordered 3 of the couples books for Christmas Gifts and only received one. I panicked and tried to find a way to call but to my avail there was no phone number to call so I emailed them and I did receive an email back but much later THEN they wanted me to send a picture of how it came in the mail and what not, I was like I dont have the package but emailed them a copy of my receipt and after a few back n forth FINALLY a woman was able to help me get the other 2 books even if it was WAY past the holiday as we all know these are not cheap by any means. I can honestly say I am not sure I will order again although I would love a lot of these books .

Not only do I love this product but the customer service was amazing and made me fall in love with the company even more. I accidentally had my order shipped to an old address and wasn’t able to receive it. After emailing customer service I worked with Christina and she was very understating and attentive to my needs and concerns. She was proactive in reaching out to me and making sure my needs were met. Thank you Christina for all your help and making this a great experience.

Well we’ve been sent the same box 3 times and are still waiting for it to be corrected. We never knew when the boxes were gonna show up or when the money was going to come out of my account. It’s a very good concept just extremely poorly executed.

Really good customer I actually order the wrong thing and got in contact with the customer service support and they had it all fixed up within a few days to a week and I got my order I lot faster then I expected really impressed thank you!

The only thing I think could be different is the size of the text. Need to be bigger.
I gave a book to my 7 married children for Christmas.
And they all have said the same.

I have never gotten a single adventure delivered to me. I tried to figure out how to access them and I am not generally one that struggles with these sorts of things. It might be a wonderful service but I have never gotten to even see one date idea through this subscription.

Had a little snafu when ordering gifts for two others, correct addresses given but the billing address was mistakenly not mine but theirs! I contacted The Adventure Challenge and Emerald assured me all was well. Not sure how it worked but the quick customer response was greatly appreciated. Can’t wait for my first mini-date!
